Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Wasbroke through https://wasbroke.com and third-party platforms including Gumroad.

By purchasing any product, you agree to this policy.


Digital Product Nature

All products sold are digital downloads or digital access products.

Because digital products cannot be “returned”, refunds are limited to specific situations described below.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund ONLY if one of the following applies:

  1. You were charged multiple times for the same product
  2. You cannot access the product due to a technical error we cannot resolve
  3. The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after support assistance
  4. The product delivered is materially different from its description

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not enough time to use the product
  • You expected different results
  • You did not implement the material
  • You lack required tools or skills
  • Financial hardship
  • You found free information elsewhere
  • You misunderstood the product description
  • You downloaded, accessed, or saved the materials
  • You purchased by accident
  • You did not read the sales page
  • You are unable to achieve earnings or results

Abuse & Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback or dispute after receiving access may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Revocation of access
  • Being reported for digital product abuse
  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor

We actively fight fraudulent disputes and provide access logs when necessary.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.
